Edit: the second time I came, I was helped almost immediately by a Colombian worker who was super nice which is why I give the store 3 starts now instead of 1. I still think there should be more care to ensure that customer service is always optimal and it should not be left to chance

I booked an appointment through the booking system and technician arrived at my doorstep within the agreed time slot. He was very friendly and within 20 minutes he had replaced my screen and battery of my iPhone 11 Pro.
After a couple of weeks using the phone I noticed that the screen was acting strange, triggering “touch” on the screen without me using the phone. I contacted PhoneDokter planned a new appointment the next day and the screen was replaced at no cost.
It felt like a bet to spend quite some cash on fixing the screen and battery, but I feel like I won. Great service, would recommend.
Note: even though the screen and battery are “premium quality” it is still aftermarket, so don’t expect Apple quality. I consider the quality sufficient so far.

The website says you can put your phone into a special service mode so they don’t have to do a factory reset, but the employee had me put my phone back into the normal mode, unlock it for him, and then initiated the factory reset within seconds without even asking. The queue system for pick-up is confusing so I waited for a really long time, after which the guy had the audacity to claim he had repeatedly tried to talk to me so it was my own fault (he hadn’t).
If I was Samsung, I would be genuinely ashamed of this store having my name on it.

When I talked to customer service, they claimed it was a “main board” problem, which later seemed to be made up. Staff stated a new issue every time I wanted to delve deeper into the issues with my phone, barely looked over the error message my phone was stating, and when I mentioned that my phone was still under warranty due to it being bought less than two years ago, staff stated that my phone was “too bent” to be under warranty. I will leave that under your judgement.
Went to Samsung Center Leidschedam, employees discovered a software issue instead and it was fixed straight away. Not mentioning any “bent”
