Thank you for everything and the best service. The staff were very polite and helpful, my mobile phone fell into water and was damaged, the mobile phone included a warranty and they repaired it in the best possible way. Keep up the good work. Good luck.

The service here was so abysmal that I bought myself a Xiaomi phone before even picking my previous Samsung phone up from the repair, just so I would never ever have to deal with them again. I broke my screen and wanted to get it replaced, they said they had to order a replacement part, I said "cool, so when is that coming so I can drop off my phone?", but turns out they wanted to take my phone hostage before even ordering the part. Allegedly too many people had them order parts and then didn't show up for the actual repair? I offered to pay in advance, but that wasn't good enough. Taking my phone hostage was the only option. Completely idiotic. The employee also acted like I was completely stupid for saying I would come back to drop it off on Monday (as weekends don't count towards the delivery time for the replacement parts). Why would I leave my phone there for 2 extra days for literally no reason?
The website says you can put your phone into a special service mode so they don't have to do a factory reset, but the employee had me put my phone back into the normal mode, unlock it for him, and then initiated the factory reset within seconds without even asking. The queue system for pick-up is confusing so I waited for a really long time, after which the guy had the audacity to claim he had repeatedly tried to talk to me so it was my own fault (he hadn't).
If I was Samsung, I would be genuinely ashamed of this store having my name on it.

This is complaint against Samsung Service Center, Rotterdam I visited today..My S22 was purchased last month. I am using Samsung phone for the last 3 years with business account, Under warranty and suddenly stopped working on 25 October.. I had to take it to the Service Center and they accepted to repair it.. But today when I was there to pick it up, I encountered quite surprisingly very unfriendly behaviour of the staff who handed me the phone today a. He was handing me the phone without any test that the SIMs work. Upon my request he inserted the SIMs and the issues still persists. My phone does not work still and the staff was insisting me to accept that it works somehow and demonstrated a behaviour compelling me to take back my phone un-repaired. The tone of his voice was disrespectful and made me feel very uncomfortable while he said that there were changes done in hardware and if it does not work then it's my bad luck. He would not take this phone back for further inspection or repair although this is under warranty and the fix does not work and told with rough and loud tone that there were lot of changes done. I was chased away from the Shop without any help or further advise what's next. I had to leave the shop with a lot of disappointment as it was late and shop closing time was passed. I would NOT recommend this Service Center Rotterdam to anyone.

Nice staff, clean, nice place, try to help but not happy with their product/software. My z fold 3 after reset to fabrik, no more shortcut for mobile data, have been here for their help but finally they can not even try many ways!!!

Went in to fix my phone with a restarting loop problem. Phone was under warranty, in perfect state. I had a phew error numbers that they could look over.
When I talked to customer service, they claimed it was a "main board" problem, which later seemed to be made up. Staff stated a new issue every time I wanted to delve deeper into the issues with my phone, barely looked over the error message my phone was stating, and when I mentioned that my phone was still under warranty due to it being bought less than two years ago, staff stated that my phone was "too bent" to be under warranty. I will leave that under your judgement.
Went to Samsung Center Leidschedam, employees discovered a software issue instead and it was fixed straight away. Not mentioning any "bent"
