The fixing at home service is very convenient.
I booked an appointment through the booking system and technician arrived at my doorstep within the agreed time slot. He was very friendly and within 20 minutes he had replaced my screen and battery of my iPhone 11 Pro.
After a couple of weeks using the phone I noticed that the screen was acting strange, triggering "touch" on the screen without me using the phone. I contacted PhoneDokter planned a new appointment the next day and the screen was replaced at no cost.
It felt like a bet to spend quite some cash on fixing the screen and battery, but I feel like I won. Great service, would recommend.
Note: even though the screen and battery are "premium quality" it is still aftermarket, so don't expect Apple quality. I consider the quality sufficient so far.

Very great service and got my phone fixed within less than 30 minutes! I first had called to explain what the issue was, and the person working was nice enough to even explain what had happened and where the problem was located inside my phone (even demonstrated this to me once he took the upper-part off, so that was pretty interesting). They make sure you’re satisfied with the results and even offer to replace your screen protector. I had come here before multiple times and I never leave unpleased! I definitely recommend coming here if you need your phone fixed. 😛

We made an appointment online, gave them our phone model and had an appointment within 5 days. When we went there on saturday we were informed that they did not have the battery for our phone and they would have it in a few days. Few days later we went again, and they told us they were not able to get the battery (so they made us come down 2 times for nothing) they mention on their site that if we miss the appointment they will chare us 19 Euros, does that mean I can send them a bill for 38 Euros for wasting our time without informing us beforehand?
You mention in your followup that you made things right? but other then a phone when I was not available, and not calling me back I am not sure what you did exactly?

My iPhone XSMax screen got black and I got it replaced by Iphonedokter. They picked up the phone which is good and returned it. The screen replaced was the best quality they had, however you could see blinking some times and top screen a bit different, thinking was perhaps because it was not an apple I decided to wait, a couple of days later, one drop of water near the front speaker and the screen was gone, no guarantee as is considered water damaged. I bough a new screen from amazon for half of the price and change it myself, the screen quality is much better than the one I got from Iphonedokter, this and the fact that just with one drop water went trough the screen makes me think the quality is much lower than the one the offer
