As i asked and i had no experience in buying with a tax free form, the young guy told me that he will ask his manager. And he came back with an answer that yes we can write your passport number on the bill and you can have your tax back in the airport. And guess what happened? Airport said they don't have tax free office there. They said they can put a stamp on the bill, but the tax free agency will ask me a signed tax-free form. Which this shop didn't give to me. Now, the tax free agency "Global Blue" is asking for a "tax free form" (original copy), and i am back in my country... stop misleading people, saying "i don't know" is easy. But you prefered to lie about something you don't have any idea of and sold me around 1.800€ items and mislead me to think that i will take my tax back.

Completely useless. They don’t know anything about how to repair a Mac.
They just tell you to buy a new one, so sad that this happens in the majority of stores, really difficult to find someone able to help you out. No competent people around.

My recent visit to Amac was disappointing. The staff were unwelcoming no greeting, just blank stares and a weird way of answering questions that felt dismissive, as if they didn’t want to help. Especially the teenage staff seemed to lack of professionalism. Definitely not the level of service you’d expect from an Apple reseller.
