I’ve also had other shops rush me or pressure me to make a decision so they could get commission.
The person who helped me that day was honest and gave me really helpful feedback – I could tell she genuinely wanted to help. That level of honesty is much appreciated and makes me trust the shop more which I think is important to keep in mind.

I was truly nervous at first, but they both made me feel at home and relaxed. Anine asked me all kinds of questions about the dress I was looking for. After answering and talking to Anine, she went to the other room to prepare four dresses for me to try on.
When she came back, she brought me to the fitting room where four dresses were waiting for me. She helped me very professionally with trying them on. The first dress was a hit—love at first sight. They truly understood me and all my wishes perfectly.
I truly recommend this shop to everybody. The service is very professional and friendly. Also, the dresses are affordable but very high quality.

We went on a Saturday afternoon and had to wait 2 hours to be called in for our turn since they don’t take reservations. The stylists were friendly and listened to my wishes, though I was not able to browse the collection and pick out the dresses I wanted to try on. Moreover, the dresses on the website might be no longer available.
There were 6 or 8 try on rooms all next to each other so I cannot imagine how busy and crowded it can be. Luckily there was only 1 other bride at the salon at the time, otherwise I would not have been able to walk around in the dresses or feel comfortable in general. I tried on 4 dresses and quickly realized that none of them meet my expectations due to the quality of the fabric or the construction. It might be a nice spot for budget bridesmaids or flower girl dresses, though.

A few weeks later I came back and tried the dress on again and to my surprise, they hadn’t fixed the part they had pinned (to give it the mermaid shape). The lady was very defensive saying she had indeed altered it (as I’d asked) and that it would ruin the dress to pin it any tighter. Her tone was very condescending and made me feel like it was my mistake. Keep in mind, I had already bought the dress so when she made me believe it could no longer be fixed, I started to panic. We went back and forth for a while and I showed her the pictures we had taken when it was pinned and she continued to deny agreeing to it. So fed up with the place, I ended up paying for the few alterations they did on other parts of the dress and went somewhere else to get it altered to the mermaid fit. Luckily I found a place where all of this was possible, but I went through quite a bit of stress before that happened.
If you’re just looking to find an affordable dress, this place is great, but the service is far from acceptable. Would not recommend!
I went there on a Friday morning (28/02/20), the lady we met was very condescending. I was asked for an ’06’ number, I am Belgian, so i obviously don’t have an ’06’ number after mentioning this the lady mocked me thinking that I did not have a mobile phone. After giving out my number we were promised to get a call in an hour. It is Wednesday 4 March now, and I still haven’t received a call. Kinda wasted my time on Friday expecting a call
From the moment I walked in I was met with passive aggressive behaviour from the staff. I was made to feel super uncomfortable and as if they did not want to sell to me. All staff were not helpful nor interested in providing help or advice.

Longer version: I am one of the unlucky brides who have had to cancel my wedding due to COVID. I was called by this salon just after I had learned that my wedding was cancelled and was completely SHOCKED to hear how I was treated on the phone. I was first ORDERED to come to the salon and pay the second half of my dress, a dress I won´t be able to use – upon which I was told was “not their problem”. By all means, this is of course true – it is not “their problem” that my wedding got cancelled due to COVID and that I can´t use my 2200 euro-worth dress anymore but the lack of empathy was just astonishing. I was so puzzled on the phone and just needed to take a minute to understand what was being communicated, so I asked if I couldn´t go over the contract one more time – my exact words were “I´m sure you are right”. The woman on the other line responded “I KNOW I am right”. Just wow.
I truly wonder if this salon is happy with the outcome of this transaction. They got their money – as well an extremely disappointed customer and bride-NOT-to be.
For the one reading this; I strongly recommend buying your wedding dress elsewhere.
I wasn’t even allowed to touch the dresses, let alone to try them. The quality looked poor but the prices were way over 3 carat diamond prices!
Do NOT recommend.
Instead go the store just opposite, they are very helpful and have more variety and a good price/quality ratio.
