We’ve just bought our wedding dresses from this place. Wilma helped us a lot. She is really experienced, just gets from your face what you like really and leads in a nice way. After taking the decision we had champagne to celebrate. It was so kind of her. Thanks again Wilma! You made our day!

They try to be nice to you until you spend your money and once you do spend it, they want you out of the shop as quick as possible. They are very rude an impatient. I regret so much that I bought my dress from there. Yesterday was my last fitting appointment and they could not place the cups correctly and they blamed me for being picky. In overall, I am not satisfied with this place at all, what a disappointment! In total I went there 4 times, and every time they had the same rude attitude. It's a shame that I really could not enjoy my expensive wedding dress.. and still I am super scared if the cups look asymmetric at the wedding!

A very unfortunate ending of what could have been a nice customer experience. Short version: Complete lack of empathy and customer service here - it is quite clear that this salon is only interested in sales, and not the experience of the bride.
Longer version: I am one of the unlucky brides who have had to cancel my wedding due to COVID. I was called by this salon just after I had learned that my wedding was cancelled and was completely SHOCKED to hear how I was treated on the phone. I was first ORDERED to come to the salon and pay the second half of my dress, a dress I won´t be able to use - upon which I was told was "not their problem". By all means, this is of course true - it is not "their problem" that my wedding got cancelled due to COVID and that I can´t use my 2200 euro-worth dress anymore but the lack of empathy was just astonishing. I was so puzzled on the phone and just needed to take a minute to understand what was being communicated, so I asked if I couldn´t go over the contract one more time - my exact words were "I´m sure you are right". The woman on the other line responded "I KNOW I am right". Just wow.
I truly wonder if this salon is happy with the outcome of this transaction. They got their money - as well an extremely disappointed customer and bride-NOT-to be.
For the one reading this; I strongly recommend buying your wedding dress elsewhere.

The woman in the shop was so rude and arrogant!
I wasn't even allowed to touch the dresses, let alone to try them. The quality looked poor but the prices were way over 3 carat diamond prices!
Do NOT recommend.
Instead go the store just opposite, they are very helpful and have more variety and a good price/quality ratio.

The women/wedding dress advisor was so rude. I have visited other wedding shops in Rotterdam and the people were all very nice, never rude as the lady in this shop. Because the rudeness of the lady, I did not feel like buying anything in the shop and left shortly.
