Media Markt released an announcement that the store’s 25th anniversary would be celebrated at midnight with discounts. My boyfriend and I arrived three hours early and got a surprise; we were at the front of the line. As the hours went by, the people behind us started to get in front of us, and then the people who were further ahead also got in front of us. As the opening time approached, things got worse, because all the people from behind came to the front, causing chaos. We also asked about the organizers who were really organized, and everyone ran away and ran into the store. The organizers initially intended to do something respectful, but there were too many rude and disrespectful people. I will never go to an event like that again. It had everything going for it.
What’s next: are you now able to control your situation so that it’s safe to do it? A company with a high status has to know that people will come when they do promotions like this!

I ordered something online with the hope that i can collect it immediately from the store. I had no idea i had to wait 45 minutes in queue in order to collect my online order.
I know your are busy and everything but in the same time you can not claim efficiency of your system. This is not aligned with the modern world.
This system is super inefficient. Maybe you can install some lockers and put online orders in lockers that can be opened with a code sent to the customer.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE at this coolblue store. It was literally not busy and employees were just chatting and walking around while I waited for 30+ minutes for help buying a smartwatch.
I told an employee that I had been waiting a while and he just said yeah you have to wait longer. Not even apologising.
I buy everything at Coolblue but I will think twice before doing so again.
Edit: the second time I came, I was helped almost immediately by a Colombian worker who was super nice which is why I give the store 3 starts now instead of 1. I still think there should be more care to ensure that customer service is always optimal and it should not be left to chance

Took me 2 hours to go there from Belgium, and every minimal I spent on the train was worthy. The shop assistant is a very nice guy, like an old friend I was being a little bit of annoying back then, you know, asking around and something, but the guys work there were always very patient and friendly. The price is also one of the lowest you can get, at least much lower than Belgian prices, and they have qwerty keyboards

Staff ignores, advises products aren’t in shop (while they are when checking with a different person), try to sell random energy contracts from shops nearby and when you have an issue later on there is not much support. THE WORST SERVICE IN THE WHOLE OF ROTTERDAM! I came to this store at 4 p.m. on Saturday, and there weren’t many people in it. I needed help with the purchase and selection of a monitor, as having bought a monitor twice in a Media store, it did not fit my desktop. I stood in line for 30 minutes to the consultant who went to help the people in front of us, in 10 minutes he never returned to his workplace, although every 5 minutes when he was just walking around the store I asked him to help me, but in response “I’m busy with clients” and every time he was already with new people. Besides us, there were many other people who were dissatisfied with the service of this store. The only adequate person turned out to be a guy from logistics, but he couldn’t help me with my question. I am very dissatisfied with the service of this store. worse. This man refused to help us , even though he was not busy , his name is Dennen . The monitor was bought from competitors in the next store, where customer assistance is well organized.

The place has been around forever but I feel in recent years it has gone down. They used to have the greatest assortment of audiovisual and HiFi products at really competitive prices. While they they now carry a more diverse assortment (marine gear, bikes and bike gear,…) the depth has reduced and the prices are not as sharp IMO.

The swivel for directional air is lacking.
The filter is easy accessible, and you need a drain or bucket to catch water.

2 hours spent to only buy a screen protector. They are slow and not helpful. I have never seen a worse managed store. It is really not logical you need staff to pick up one item and with an empty store, you still need to wait one hour to be attended.

I ordered and paid for my photography bag on 8 March. I have not received my purchases 8 days later even though the purchases were said to be in stock.
When I followed up with them I was given an apology, plus a shipment tracker link with UPS. Worryingly he link relates to a shipment in 2023 – so not mine.
Kamera Express are not providing me with an acceptable service. My confidence in Kamera Express has drained away. Not recommended. Beware.

I was here for a passport photo, people are super nice, but the shot was pretty horrible (one of the worst ever had). So I asked if he could adjust the lights to make the picture more balanced and he said to me that this was not legal for a passport photo, but then they had problems to cut the profile of my photo due to my hair color similar to the background, and they adjust luminosity and other factors to cut my profile… so what is it, for technical reason is it allowed but not for other reason?
Last thing for the price, 15 Euro for 4 pictures… I think is a bit expensive (I did not benchmark)

I asked for development and digitalization of a film.
I called 3 times, only been answered once.
The service took more than two weeks.
The service was incomplete, only development and no digitalization of the film.
Been asked to wait a similar period of time for digitalization.
So we are talking here about more than a month in order for me to have my photos.
Whilst other service providers did this in less than 4 days.
I am not mad, I am just disappointed of what happened. I was expecting more from you but I hope that you find this message as a wake up call to enhance your customer experience.
Ps: the other service provider was not surprised by the developed film, saying that I’m not the only person who had a similar experience with your company.
If you really care about your customers then I suggest you do something about this because I think that you’re loosing a lot here!

First of all, too few staff available – which understandable because of Black Friday. We had wait for 45 minutes until someone is available to help us. Once he came to us, he didn’t advise/recommend us much. Basically, we need to ask.
Secondly, they pretended like they gave us a really good price, so we decided to buy immediately.
