Help me to say slow... I'm here to buy some refill gas bottles at the service desk, there were 20 people ahead of me, it takes 5 to 10 minutes to person and there are only 2 people at the desk, they are moving in slow motion. And nobody was able to tell me if my request was for the service desk or the smart bar... I hope I'm in the correct lane... I'm already here since 30 min

I was really struggling to find the right display cable for my Mac computer. I went to Mediamarkt trying to figure that on my own but i got a bit lost. However, luckily I found Armand. Not only he gave the right advice on what I needed exactly, he was also very patient and listen to my worries in regards to the situation at hand. Is really nice to see such good customer care ( I work in the similar environment so I recognise and praise good service and good people when I see them). Media Markt released an announcement that the store’s 25th anniversary would be celebrated at midnight with discounts. My boyfriend and I arrived three hours early and got a surprise; we were at the front of the line. As the hours went by, the people behind us started to get in front of us, and then the people who were further ahead also got in front of us. As the opening time approached, things got worse, because all the people from behind came to the front, causing chaos. We also asked about the organizers who were really organized, and everyone ran away and ran into the store. The organizers initially intended to do something respectful, but there were too many rude and disrespectful people. I will never go to an event like that again. It had everything going for it.
What’s next: are you now able to control your situation so that it’s safe to do it? A company with a high status has to know that people will come when they do promotions like this!

Everything at the same place is available. Feels the same as decathlon. You get a good feeling from being there, let alone actually buy something. I have had a good experience with them so far and prices look reasonable.
