Not sure why there are so many negative feedback as my experience with this branch has always been good, and the latest one was no exception. Went to buy anew Nespresso machine and the lady in that department was so friendly and charming. What a pleasure to shop here. The amazing range of goods is what you would except from a large MediaMarkt. Highly recommended

THE WORST SERVICE IN THE WHOLE OF ROTTERDAM! I came to this store at 4 p.m. on Saturday, and there weren't many people in it. I needed help with the purchase and selection of a monitor, as having bought a monitor twice in a Media store, it did not fit my desktop. I stood in line for 30 minutes to the consultant who went to help the people in front of us, in 10 minutes he never returned to his workplace, although every 5 minutes when he was just walking around the store I asked him to help me, but in response "I'm busy with clients" and every time he was already with new people. Besides us, there were many other people who were dissatisfied with the service of this store. The only adequate person turned out to be a guy from logistics, but he couldn't help me with my question. I am very dissatisfied with the service of this store. worse. This man refused to help us , even though he was not busy , his name is Dennen . The monitor was bought from competitors in the next store, where customer assistance is well organized.

Every woman's dream, really... and every man's... childs, ok, everyone will this store! They have EVERYTHING electronic and at not too shabby prices. You can literally spend hours in there, hours!!

A strong ghetto-vibe in this store. Super aggressive and unprofessional sales people, very messy layout, broken products on the shelves, loud music everywhere and rude staff..
