In een maand tijd ben ik door vele verjaardagen vier keer langs geweest bij deze bloemenzaak. Ondanks hun onvriendelijke houding probeerde ik het telkens door de vingers te zien, maar de laatste keer was echt de druppel. Ik had een boeket van €45 en wilde er bloemen aan toevoegen. Eén bos bleek niet goed te zijn en zij zei direct deze verkoop ik niet. Dus ik vroeg of ik die dan voor de helft van de prijs kon krijgen. Het antwoord? “Nee, anders komt er straks iemand terug om hun geld te vragen” serieus? Ik ben een klant die wilt betalen. Ongelooflijk!
De toon waarop de medewerker tegen mij sprak was zeer onvriendelijk! Ik gaf direct aan dat ik heel het boekt niet meer wil. Zij haalde haar schouders op alsof het haar niets kon schelen. Het personeel is onbeschoft, kijkt je met zure gezichten aan, en service lijkt hier niet te bestaan. Heel jammer, want de bloemen zijn prachtig, maar door de houding van het personeel en de grafsfeer die zij creëeren ga ik hier nooit meer heen.
