Just okay. I purchased an extra large condolence bouqet and vase for 78,40 euro. In my opinion. the photo is much nicer than the actual bouquet as the flowers that were delivered were not as fresh, not nicely arranged (messy) and were less roses. Also, there is not the same flowers as described. I would have preferred no Lilly’s as I intentionally purchased a bouquet without them but they included anyways. I have attached a photo of the medium version of the flowers I purchased. I ordered extra large to ensure many flowers. I have also posted the actual flowers received. Perhaps as a suggestion, the website can provide a guarantee on some of the flowers and colours that will be included in the bouquet at time of purchase? For example, ‘the bouquet will include 7 white roses and other various pink seasonal flowers.’ It will create a guarantee of quality and ensure your client’s expectations are met.
