Popped in for some essentials for our dog, also her birthday gifts and cake. Reasonable prices, friendly and helpful staff.

Went there to buy a new cat tree. The products are more to expensive side but the quality is really good. My pets are satisfied and so am I.

Horrible service and absolutely no love for animals.
I came here to use the dog washing station. I usually wash my dog in the shower, but wanted to try this machine.
The DIY dog cleaning station costs a big fat 10euro for only 15 minutes of operation. Not nearly enough time for washing and shampooing and washing and shampooing and washing and drying a hyper young dog. I had to buy more time and by that point I may as well have just brought my dog to a pro cleaner service. By the time we were done he still smelled unwashed, obviously, since I was only able to wash him once -superficially.
Not that I'd bring him to their in-house service. When I entered the store, I saw that lady trimming a dog and simultaneously scolding another dog and angrily sending him into the cage behind her. Who knows how badly she treats dogs when nobody's looking?!
The lady at the shop's cash register constantly huffed and puffed at me for any question I asked. After a horrible experience using their cleaning station I gently asked for one more towel, since the short time the machine gave me to do everything didn't allow for thorough blow-drying (with cold air, ridiculous), and she simply said "no, you only get one".
Both these workers seem to hate their job, themselves, dogs, shoppers and life. I was there on Monday 18 March around 10am. Whomever were working then should find a job that makes them and everyone they deal with less miserable.
P.S.: Furthermore, nice product selection, but fairly high priced. Equivalent products are easily found cheaper elsewhere, such as at Ranzijn a few doors down or online.

Super unpolite staff and employees
