Customer Reviews
The first time was on a casual day, where they only had open for some Norwegian festivities and we ate a delicious Norwegian waffle with an interesting reindeer cheese called “Renost”. One of the ladies there gave us a tour of the church, very well preserved and which keeps its original style. RThe staff there was really friendly and welcoming.
A second and third time were to enjoy the Christmas marked where we got, a similar traditional drink to Glühwein, waffels and a sort of hot dog. They also were selling different stuff inside based on Norwegian traditions.
The place has also a really interesting history that goes back to 1888, and compared to other places that might have ended up as a canteen for sea men, this one was founded as a library and church.
