I also had a negative experience yesterday.
The customer service is unbelievable bad.
I decided to put on reparation my passport holder but the sales assistant said "it cost 125 euro.. wait till is totally broken because its expensive. "

After this short visit I decided to not buy anymore the bag I wanted because they do not deserve any money.

I bought a wallet for a friend on 4/15. There was a male waiter named Jerny P. who was very gentlemanly and friendly. Not only did he patiently answer questions, but he also reminded me that tax refunds were not available at Rotterdam Airport. I must remember to go to Amsterdam Airport for tax refunds. "It's very important to you!" he told me. Unfortunately, we have already bought two bags at Louis Vuitton in Amsterdam. The waitresses in Amsterdam are casual and unfriendly. We regret spending money there. The bags in Rotterdam are complete and the waiters are attentive and friendly. I recommend everyone to go to Louis Vuitton in Rotterdam. The male waiter Jerny P. is the best!

Best experience at an LV store I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to stores around the world. It may be a smaller boutique, but what made it my best experience was working with Selin! I stopped in yesterday just to look around, Selin showed me everything I wanted to see and was not pushy when I told her I’d come back the next day to purchase items. I know it is her job to be polite and sell the items, but I appreciated her genuine kindness. I came back today and Selin was still as ever pleasant and cheerful to see me! She is down to earth and I felt like she was another friend of mine. So please, if you ever stop by this store, ask for Selin!!!
