Levi's® Rotterdam

Was planning on buying a new pair of jeans but not really knowing what i was looking for, so i just wanted to look around. At first entry an employee literally yelled from the other side of the store if we needed help, i got startled and responded no, that i just wanted to have a look. Immediately they came and told my boyfriend to remove his hood? I dont know if that was racism or just for safety purposes but it was annoying to be treated like that in the first step into the store. 1 minute into looking and another employee comes and asks again what we are looking for, when he had already heard me saying i was just looking, so i repeat myself. We looked for 1 more minute and leave because the employees kept following us. I try to be understanding but this made us feel like we didnt belong, so instead of buying my new pair of jeans i left, and you lost a costumer because of your discrimination

After first wasing buttens fell off. Horrible experience.

Went looking together with my girlfriend for new jeans, employees were quickly coming in to help and provide information and feedback on the jeans she tried on. They clearly know what they’re talking about and we had a nice time there.

I was very surprised at how good the customer service was from the moment I entered the store all the way until I left. I was helped by a sales assistant who was so helpful and knowledgeable, she advised me on which models would fit me best and which size I needed. Best customer service I've experienced in years in a retail store.

My experience in this Levi's Rotterdam was very pleasant. The staff spoke a perfect English, was helfpul without being intrusive and put much effort in finding a specific model I was looking for.
