You would expect excellent service from Goossens.
But at this store they take no responsibility for their own mistakes and blame the customer when they order the wrong product.
It may depend on the sales representative, but I would particularly be careful when dealing with Danielle. You end up literally paying more for the mistakes she makes.
Very disappointing.
On a more positive note, the general customer service is very friendly, although, unfortunately, they can't do much.

Service at the shop was lovely but delivery was horrible. We ordered a bed frame with storage and waited 8 weeks for delivery. At delivery, they realised that there was a spare part missing and we have to wait another 8 weeks. There is no attempt to offer assistance and the delivery team almost wanted to just leave a half assembled item in the room and it is simply a hazard!

No bigger dissappointments than this one. In the shop - amazing sofa (Hoekbank KeyWest), hard sitting(this was the most important while choosing), good attached material. Ordered. It was on stock. Delivered in 1 week. The sofa was all crumpled. The delivery guy said it will get better in few days. Spoiler: it did not.:)
The part where lounge part and sofa attached to each other is strange, it does not look nice and straight. The stretches are not equal. Looks like a cheap copy...
When you sit on it, you "get down". It is way softer than what was shown in the shop! In 2 days material started to get up, it is not attached. So to explain, the sofa looks like a bulldog skin... 🙂
I emailed customer service straight away to explain me why my new sofa is made so badly and already looks like used for several years!! No replies. Started calling as 2 weeks after delivery were approaching. Took me many times, promisses to call back, then nothing, calling again. I SAID I want to return it then or have it changed! Got the reply that the service employee will come first to check and make a decission. Had to wait for 1 month until he comes!!! Now funny part starts.
-Well, in the shop they had to inform you the material will look like this. And it will only get worse.
Emmm.... amazing! Thank you... interesting, if i would have been told this at the shop, how stupid should I be to buy it???
Asked why is it softer than at the shop. He told me that in the shop they adjusted it of course, put more foam inside, and attached the material better.
So is that normal?? They show the example of a sofa in the shop that is not what you will be getting in the end???
I cannot believe it. In the end he left and i got an email that THE PROBLEM IS SOLVED. what??? Who ever asked me??? What do you mean it is solved? In the end NOTHING. so I cannot return it anymore and nothing is done.
And now after 3 month, indeed, as the service employee PROMISSED, it looks even worse and started to creak each time you sit on it! It creaks so hard and LOUD that better not even sit on it. 3 month old sofa, and I want to cry each time I look at it... Friends thought we bought second hand sofa 🙂 and that's for 1.6k€!!!
What kind of PRICE-QUALITY ARE THEY TALKING ABOUT? AND WARRANTY... WARRANTY ON WHAT? IF IN THE END THEY DELIVER **** AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT IT!
Why there are only good reviews about KeyWest? Is everyone just happy with the *** they pay for or was I the one who got such a trash???
Customer service does not care about anything. I am so disappointed that I just put 1.6k to the trash bin. Maybe for someone it is nothing. But it is money, and it is not a small amount. Why now I have to save again to buy something else and throw this one away just after few months??? Thank you for this "amazing" experience and will never ever buy anything at this shop!!! I cannot call my purchase any other word than ****!!!!

I ordered an Austin table that came twice broken so I asked for a refund not to get the third table broken. I was not refunded the 50 euros I pay for delivery even if they are at fault for sending me twice a broken table. I will never buy from the shop again. They sell at high price low quality furniture that they don't
check if they are ok before delivery. Extremely disappointing.

We purchased a slaapbank that we LOVE. It is so pretty and looks great in our living room. Many guests have slept on it and say it is very comfortable.
We also purchased the 10 year protection which has been incredible. I lost the receipt but they looked me up in the system and are able to come out two days later to clean it.
The customer service here really is the best!
