Not a lot of staff, resulting in having to search and in waiting time

Saturday after Eugine storm visited Gsma because my roof windows top (outside) zinc cover flipped out and did not fly or fall. The staff at Blijdorp/Rotterdam was very helpful

We bought 2 buckets of paints with exactly the same color. But the result is totally different. When we made a complaint, the customer service was so rude and blamed on us that the color will never be the same if you buy buckets in the different time. They are supposed to have the color standard because they have machine to mixture the paint not manually with their hands. Very disappointed with Gamma, not recommended.

Rating two stars because (1) the location is not convenient, (2) the selection and assortment of product is very limited even if the place is big, (3) there are barely enough employees to cover 1/3 of it so you are left quite alone, (4) the visual design of the merchandise is not at par with other similar stores. On the positive note I rate as good the service who was given to me upon specific request.

The store itself is a bit messy, some products are very dusty, some even dirty, some have beat-up packaging but they do have plenty of good products. Why one star? The service counter today. The service counter was staffed by two incredibly rude teenagers, they were absolutely horrible at their jobs and the way they spoke to some customers was way out of line. One man who had been in line for a while got completely ignored and when he asked why they basically told him to shut up. Appalling.
