Nobody likes becoming homeless and the way the city runs things are out of order in Rotterdam but to no fault of the people that work here, they simply have to play by the rules of the city and they are doing a great job within their power to provide as much help they can, which again is not a whole lot. But at least they try and do so with a friendly word and a smile. They helped me tremendously in the past within the boundaries they can manoeuvre in. Great people.
