Two months ago my external hard drive with more than 20.000 photos fell down and crashed. Those were photos of a life time travelling around the world with and incredible value to me. Via MyCom I got in touch with Attingo in Nieuw-Vennep. When I met Robert, I was totally devastated and anguished. I could not talk to anybody nor even sleep at night. My life deteriorated completely and I could not face the fact that I had lost all my memories of a life-time. At first, everything appeared to be very complicated with the recovery, to the point that I thought I would never see my photos again. However, Robert's team wanted to try a bit further as they thought there might be a possibility to recover the data, but more time was needed. I was about to collapse as I could not wait any longer but I had to. After some time, I received the news from Attingo that all my photos were rescued sucessfully. I was in disbelief as It looked like only a miracle could bring my photos back. I was extremelly happy and blessed. Now I have learnt a lesson and all my photos are save and back-upd in three different hard drives. Over the years, when I get older, I can look back at the pictures and think of those moments of sadness and grief that I went through until I found Attingo, which would change my life forever.

Very customer friendly, straightforward about all possible costs involved. Not trying to make as much money as possible, but suggested over the phone things to try, and definitely not to try first. If needed I will definitey use their service again.
