Very disappointed with my order. The photo on the website looks cheerful with very nice flower selections and. But the actual flower that was delivered was poor and cheap choices of flowers and look nothing like the beautiful presentation and arrangement on the website. I ordered it as a gift for a dear friend but I feel so embarrassed for the gifting it.
Reading through their reviews, it seems that this is not the first time this florist don’t deliver what they showed on their website and it seems there’s no improvement at all. Their website is very deceiving and they made no improvement from their poor selection of flowers.

Ordered some flowers here on a busy day. Initial flowers were nice, but there was a delay in delivery for couple of hours. Also, some moments were not ideal, but once I contacted them, they wanted to change my opinion and apologize for small mess-up and sent another big bouquet of flowers for free! Their delivery service may need some improvement, but they seem honest and passionate about their job, so I can surely recommend them without a doubt.
