Deliveries are criminally incompetent. Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. We ordered laminate, they said 3 to 5 workdays it will be delivered and more than 3 weeks later there is no status whatsoever on the order. We went to a local laminate shop, picked a laminate and it was delivered the next day, so tiny local shops are more competitive than Praxis.
Definitely avoid if you expect a timely delivery!
