What great service they offer in this store. A big shout out to Stefan who patiently listened to my worries in regards to my old mac computer and gave me great advice on how to go around and solve some issues I had with it. De employee (guy) was really rude and I believe he is kind of racist because he disrespect me because of my color.
First i was asking him if he had an cover for iphone 15 pro max and he kind of ignore or play fool. After that I just ask him for the price of the covers and when i was leaving he told me to buy my cover in Temu just because i did not buy one of his cover. To be honest i believe Temu would offer a much better covers than his.
It was on last week sunday 20 october 2024 around 4/5 pm

Totally rip off ! Installed new battery in January for 150 euros now battery it’s at 82% life allready and when it goes down to 76-64% of power phone resetting and when turns back one says batterry power 10% , avoid at all costs !

I brought in an IPad for repair. While they initially promised the repairs were possible, they didn’t deliver on their promise. Very disappointed with the outcome. Despite replacing parts at a significant cost, the IPad was not fixed. Furthermore, my IPad, which was perfectly functional now has significant problems. Overall, I would not recommend this shop. Their initial assessment does not reflect the outcome.

NEVER AGAIN, I took my Mac Air for battery repair, today after a few months the battery does not work, I went to a Mac Service and they fixed it and they told me that I had a fake battery. They have put a fake one and charged more than €300. Better to go directly to Apple service and not to these types of places
