Looking for a reason to give this place a better rating. I received a notification that I need to pick up my Residence Permit at this location. But I need to pay €90 for a 10 minute appointment to COLLECT something the IND has prepared? I will ammend my rating if I get good advice on how to change this location, as I never even chose Rotterdam.

DO NOT USE FOR COLLECTION! I used the centre as my pick up point for residency cards, but you have to pay almost a €100 just to collect the card, blatant theft for 1min work. Use The Hague, it’s free.

We were late for our appointment. Everyone was nevertheless supportive and happy to help. Everything went smoothly. Local officers were polite helpful and fast.

Absolutely predatory that NOWHERE is it mentioned that you pay 90€ for the privilege of picking your residence permit when it’s free in den Haag. They even had the gall to defend their service.
