Pathetic service. Rude customer advisors. Placed an order on website and paid for next day delivery. Have been 2 weeks that the items hasn't been delivered. Took 15 mins of wait to get hold of someone who confirmed that the parcel hasn't been collected. I requested for a cancellation as it was supposed to be a next day delivery, the guy stated they have to investigate if the parcel has been collected or not, contradicting the information that he provided initially. The delay happened from their end, the agreement was between them and the parcel company. They didn't even had the courtesy of sending an email to inform a delay with the order. The guy had the audacity to shout and hang up. Extremely pathetic service. Never going with them. Unreliable, Unprofessional and pathetic service.

Went to the store to try and possibly buy a guitar and amp. Staff were less than helpful and generally unfriendly. For 600€ worth of goods, surely one can expect decent service, right? Apparently they don’t think so.
They continuously tried to upsell. Most guitars don’t have a price and when I asked, I was just told “oh, go look on our website for the price.” Yeah, if I wanted to look at a website I wouldn’t be in the bloody store, now would I?
When we tried to pay, they informed me I had to give my address as well. At this point, decided not to buy anything at all because of how annoying they were, and the cashier gave this look of absolute disdain and disgust. It really sealed the deal.
TLDR; do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

After what happened, I must share my experience.
I want to start by saying that I understand that this case has been exceptional for this company, I have friends who bought and the whole process was extraordinary.
Edit: Not even a response from this company after months says a lot to me.
I bought a guitar (the last unit of this model) and the order did not arrive after one day as promised.
It all started here.
- After a week I called technical support asking what was happening and the answer was "wait the next day to see if it arrives."
- The next day obviously it didn't arrive, I called again and they opened an investigation that took another 3 days.
- After these 3 days I called again because I had no response from them. They told me that DHL didn't answer them, so I was still without my money and without the guitar.
- So they were going to open another investigation that would take 3 days again.
- They didn't answer me again, I called again demanding my money and the only thing they did was tell me that in order to give me the money they first had to wait for the guitar to reach me or them back.
- I called again, this time they gave me a compensation of €20, being able to use a maximum of only €10 for each purchase, which is horrible and absurd, and they told me that they would take note of my case.
- After several more calls, I was finally able to find a girl who was the only one who helped me, so I finally at least got my money back.
Summary:
. More than two weeks to finally not have the guitar I bought and to be able to get my money back
. More than 20 minutes waiting for each call
. About 10 calls to technical support
. Horrible technical support staff (except for the last girl), they did not help me even calmly explaining my case to each of them, they dedicated themselves to deceiving me (they promised me that they had given me part of my case so that they would return the money but they did not they made)
. Anguishing experience, at first to have the guitar I wanted but finally to get my money back
. Loose of time and energy to get nothing from this company
Edit: Not even a response from this company, when they use to respond most of the comments says a lot to me
