RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL... yesterday i went to shop to buy flowers and wrap a gift my Girlfriend on her birthday, i spoke with the woman works there about it before 1 week, that i would like to make two deliveries, to surprise her with flowers and then a gift, i arrived in the morning and the guy started complaining about the delivery that he doesn’t have time for it, and when i told him i agreed with you colleague about two deliveries, he started shouting and saying im crazy and kicked me outside of the shop, this is completely unacceptable to agree on something, and then refuse it just at the day of the delivery, and acting very rude towards me while they could just say we dont want it!! sorry but i am paying for this you are not doing anything for free for me to start shouting and be rude this way..
