Went today for video run analysis. The analysis itself was good and showed which shoes are best for me. The store (unlike the website) does not offer any shoes below 150€ though so not the best choice for casual runners and I did not find anything suitable there. They have a website with more choices but according to the sales guy the website is completely independent and I cannot order items seen there in the store. Altogether, the sales clerk made a bit of an uninterested and bored impression.

My friends and I, all bought new shoes at the Rotterdam store during our half-marathon preparation.
A running analysis was first done to then provide us with different pairs based on the results. The team took the time to advise us and let us try them before letting us making the final call which suited us best.
Thanks to these shoes, we all successfully completed the race! Not an easy one for a first half-marathon, and very different conditions from Rotterdam (heat and elevation)

They even let me try the shoes outside the shop, in a real small run! Very useful. The staff was professional, kind and available to satisfy any of my requests. I came here because I saw their online store first, they have all the new shoes and the shoes I wanted to try.
A gentleman named Ruud helped me find my new shoes. Really happy with the service. He filmed my running form, gave me advice and gave me shoes to try on.
They allowed me to run outside. Tried new balance (I think fresh foam), brooks (not sure which), nimbus 25, and the one I finally bought.
Will definitely come here again.
