Great shopping store for your everyday and seasonal apparel. Cleaned floors on two stories. Lots of items with good price and variety of choices from kids to women and men. Lots of equipment for a multitude of sports and accessories to monitor and mesure you lr health and performance. Easy check out and helpful staff.

Most ineffective customer service ever.
On a sunny July day I started my quest to replace my broken tent pole. Little did I know I embarked on a multi-month end boss quest-line.
I visited the shop and the service person (#1) ensured me a replacement tent pole within two weeks. I patiently waited. Minutes became hours, hours became days, and days became weeks. Three weeks passed without any reply.
So by Mid-August, I returned to the store. Another service person (#2) elaborated: "That his colleague didn't follow the proper process, so nothing has happened". The Service #2 again ensured I would receive a new one. Again two weeks passed, and finally by early September I received the good news I could pick up my tent pole.
At the store, service person (#3) gave me a package that did not resemble what I ordered. I opened the chest for my precious loot and found ..... a bicycle mudguard. Service person #3 was just as confused as I was, and got his manager (#4) to help me out. The manager told me he would inquire and come back to me by mail. After a week the manager (#4) mailed me the issue couldn't be solved so I was asked back to the store to place a new order.
By this time it was half September, 2 months after my initial visit. The service person (#5) told me "no we cannot order you this item, you have to send the whole tent to the repair shop and then you got a new one". If you have made it this far in the story I hope you can understand my inner-Karen almost exploded, yet I kept my composition. The manager (#6) told me he couldn't help me without sending the tent away, and I told him I'd rather burn my tent than to lose it due to their incompetence. In return for the inconvenience, I got a 20 euro gift card.
I walked out of the store, knowing I failed this epic quest-line, and will have to embark on my next adventures with a useless tent. Thanks for nothing Decathlon, I hope we never meet again.

Decathlon Rotterdam’s bike repair service is top-notch! The workshop team is skilled, friendly, and quick to address any bike issues - bike is working now as new and the guy gave few nice tips and recomended some gear which was also useful. Highly recommended!

I spent 400 euros at the store. They didn't allow me to use the toilet because was 1min to they close. It was 18:59h. I just finished paying. I'll never come back here.
