I recently went into Jysk to buy a discounted table, fully expecting the transaction to go smoothly as discounted items are usually prepared for sale or at least packaged by the staff. Instead, I was shocked to find that they demanded that I disassemble the demo table myself or they wouldn't sell it to me at all. They gave me a screwdriver and left me alone with a heavy piece of furniture without offering any assistance in taking it apart or even loading it. I found the whole experience humiliating and unprofessional. Even if a table is being sold at a discounted price, I can't be expected to break it down on my own without any help or basic respect. I left feeling disappointed and humiliated, and I doubt I will ever return to Jysk after being treated so negligently. By the way the table was damaged.

Terrible customer service!!!
My boyfriend and me wanted to buy an office chair in store on May 21, however, they didn't have stocks left, so they asked us to wait, we agreed, but after two weeks we didn't receive any inform as discussed, so we had to go to the store to ask.
The chair we wanted is in red, but they sent us a blue one with different design that looks cheap. We're of course not satisfied with it but we already unboxed the package and also don't want to wait longer as we need a chair to work from home ASAP.
What their staff did has extremly disappointed us, it has impacts on not only our waiting time and working time but also our trust. Never shop in this store again!

The store is much smaller than I expected. Again, I think that's why the product variety was low. There are also really affordable products, but overall I can't call them cheap.
